Production process

  • Soaking: Place the crushed ginseng in a soaking tank, adding a specific amount of water and auxiliary materials like ethanol in the appropriate ratio. Soak for approximately 4-6 hours.

  • Filtration: Conduct preliminary filtration of the soaked mixture through a filter screen to eliminate larger impurities and solid particles.

  • Concentration: Concentrate the filtered liquid using vacuum concentration or spray drying methods.

  • Separation: Separate the concentrated liquid using low-temperature centrifugation and gel filtration to obtain pure ginseng extract.
