There are two kinds of reproduction of hericium ericium: asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction. Sexual reproduction needs to go through several continuous development stages of spore-bearing, mycelium, fruiting body and spore-bearing, which takes quite a long time under natural conditions, and sexual reproduction of fruiting body under artificial culture conditions takes 4-12 months to complete. Asexual reproduction is from the mycelium directly to the fruiting body and generally takes only about 30 days.

Harvesting method: press the culture material of hericium mushroom with one hand, gently remove the fruity body with the other hand or cut it with a sterilized knife and scissors, dispose of some impurities on the surface after harvesting, and then stop water and bacteria cultivation for 3-4 days, and then manage it according to the requirements of mushroom production.
